Restaurant sets sail with quiet setting, simple yet savvy seafood dishes. Stephen Hanson has rolled out his fourth grill and sixth hit Manhattan restaurant. It's as if the already restaurant-rife neighborhood was waiting for him.
Despite an enormous and vociferous crowd, the room is stunningly quiet. But the sound level is not the only pleasant aspect of the restaurant... They turn out interesting maki rolls.
